No, we do not have a surcharge or higher fees associated with long-term storage. No matter how long our clients’ goods remain in our warehouse, they are charged the same rate for inventory storage.

We charge for storage by the cubic foot. To ensure our clients do not overpay for space they’re not utilizing, each week our software will calculate the precise amount of inventory on hand at that time. This means that if our client only has a half of a pallet of goods in our warehouse, they are only charged for a half of a pallet.

While we do work with the vast majority of consumer products, there are certain products that we do not work with, including unpackaged food items, frozen food items, certain hazardous materials, guns or ammunition, pornography, as well as items that are extremely high value.

Orders are shipped within one business day of receipt. For expedited orders that are received by 1:00pm Centra Time, they are guaranteed to ship the same day.

Yes, all U.S. shipments include tracking at no additional cost, and we can send tracking numbers to your customers automatically via emails that can be customized by our clients. We can also send tracking numbers back to most shopping carts automatically. For international shipments, tracking is not included with all ship methods.

Yes, you can direct your customers to return orders back to our facility. This can be done with the packing slip that we put in each order, as well as in your company return policy.

We will follow return instructions that will be discussed with your account manager during the setup process. This may include restocking undamaged merchandise as well as consolidating or discarding any damaged merchandise.

If an order is returned as a result of a pick or pack error, Ax Xpress will immediately ship a new order to your customer at no additional charge. Additionally, we will work to identify the cause of the error in order to help prevent it from happening again in the future.

We offer discounted boxes and free plastic mailers. Our most popular box sizes are less than $1, and all our box fees are under $2.50. A list of package prices is included in the proposal our sales team provides.

No, we do not have any minimum or maximum order volume requirements. We work with merchants of all sizes, from startups to multi-channel sellers.

We do not limit how much storage space a merchant can utilize within our order fulfillment warehouse. Additionally, we do not have any long-term storage fees if your inventory does not move fast enough. Each week we calculate the precise amount of warehouse space being utilized to ensure you do not overpay for inventory storage.

Ax Xpress works with most types of products, including many products that are considered hazardous for shipping and require ORM-D labels. There are certain products that we do NOT work with, including posters, unpackaged food items, frozen food items, certain hazardous materials, guns or ammunition, pornography, as well as items that are extremely high value. We also do not typically work with oversized items, including those that are larger than 36″ on any one side, or items weighing more than 50 pounds.
